Vernon Of Persia is a self-produced modern progressive metal band from San Antonio, Texas. The two Missouri brothers, Kalen Thomas (lead guitar) and Tyler Thomas (vocals) are the founding members, and formed the band in 2016. With Steven Giro on bass, Jaime Vargas on guitar, Chris Beeson on drums, and with their two released albums Relativity Of (2017) & Ascend (2020) the group continues to be a heavy hitter for the Texas Metal scene.
They have completed four tours & played with As I Lay Dying, Within The Ruins, Suicide Silence, Slaughter to Prevail, Terror Universal, Miss May I, Silent Planet, and many other major touring acts. They are currently working on their third album set to release in 2022.
